Ms A goes in delicately, assuming the parties involved know the truths already, choosing to dance around truths to save them from the hurt of their feelings.
Mr B goes in full force, assuming the parties involved know the truth already, being blunt, choosing to allow the them to come to terms with the truth in their way, in spite of the pain it will cause.
Mr B’s method its bluntness can hurt them; it can cut them down, too quickly, too forcefully.
Ms A’s method assumes a person cannot deal with truth; it deludes them. Ms B doesn’t deal clearly and directly with truths, but uses hints and other non-obvious forms of language, allowing those with weaker social skills to often misunderstand or not at all see the truths.
