So after the whole NG Tube situation, still the same day by the way,
and all of this occurred within the first, what, first ten days, actually,
looking back at it, now looking at the photos I have that correspond to everything
that’s happened up to this point in the story, is within the first ten days,
okay, maybe less than that, but after NG Tube guy happens,
there’s another guy who’s trying to take bloods from me,
he’s a different doctor from A&E I believe, he’s really good, really,
you can tell he’s much more experienced, comfortable,
you can also, like I said, you can tell because they’re really good at the communication aspect of the job,
so they’ve had time to work on that whole medical part,
and then also the communication part, which is equally as important,
telling patients, you know, they’re doing a good job, you know, they can do it,
and that sort of thing, preparing them mentally,
and so he’s offering to do the NG Tube, I tell him the story,
but then I go to the toilet, and when I go to the toilet, I pass out all this green bile,
like it’s diarrhoea, and it looks like all the green bile that I was vomiting before,
so I’m like, hold on, is this a breakthrough, I’m not gonna be, you know, vomiting anymore,
because this must mean, right, that my bowels are properly working now,
and then I’m thinking, yes, this must be it, okay,
so, so, I’m, what do you call it, I’m hopeful,

I was discussing with that doctor, who did the whole thing, the blood test,
that maybe, because I’m at this point, I really don’t want to get this NG Tube,
like, I’m like, I’m done, but it does turn out, I was saved by the bell,
and just this whole state, the hospital with nurses being understaffed,
and the fact is you, so once you get a chance to actually see someone,
chances are you’re not gonna see them for several hours,
until they do observations next, because they’re just so busy running around,
so there was no one else to do the NG Tube,
it’s like after the other guy failed, they kind of forgot,
and couldn’t really care enough, it wasn’t important enough for them to,
it wasn’t life-threatening enough for them to follow up on this,
whereas if this would have been in a normal time,
they would have quickly tried to find someone else to, quickly do it,
who knew what the hell they were doing, but after that I was happy,
and I was telling the next day or whatever to the doctors,
now I’m passing properly, pooping properly,
actually at this point, as I started pooping,
I was going a lot every day, there was a time when I was going shit,
15 times in a day, this whole period, of using the toilet,
it was really terrible, to be honest, so that was that,
so now I could go on to free fluids, which means I can drink anything,
I could even try, eat some stuff, and, I believe at this point,
I went on the parenteral nutrition, or maybe it was a bit earlier than that

at some point around this period, I was on the parenteral nutrition,
getting all the stuff I needed, and when they’d take me off,
I was free and I could actually walk about,
the parenteral nutrition also makes you pee a lot, from what I remember,
so this was a hassle to have to, either get up in the night,
and go to the toilet, it was, yeah like having to poop a lot, and pee a lot,
you’re going lots and lots of times, and they don’t have bidets in the UK, hospitals,
so your arse is going to be raw, this is when I started,
I decided to get wipes, toilet wipes,
and I want to quickly go back, to, I’ll quickly talk about two situations,
where I was violated, so, at two points, during this process,

there was one where I needed, to get a scan, CT scan,
and one, this is later on in the story, but it’s when I, needed a CT scan,
and I needed to, go, for, they needed to put the tube in my butt cheek,
because I had an abscess collection of fluid, of pus of something,
I still don’t know, I need to wait for the files,
and, first time, so, it’s like oh, the doctor was like,
oh then give him an enema, it’s fucking in the middle of the night,
nurse comes, she’s like lie down, she sodomizes you with this bottle,
of fluid, squeezes all the fluid inside, literally,
15 seconds after she does that, you’ll run into the toilet,
to poop out all this stuff, it kind of stings a bit,
and it kind of feels funny, but the second time, it’s like,
I said to them, oh, I don’t want, do I have to get an enema,
I don’t want to get one, at this, it’s so early in the morning,
can’t we wait until it’s closer to, the morning,
and the time of surgery, and it’s like no,
the doctor said you have to get it, so,
I’m sleeping, actually deeply sleeping,
but for whatever reason I’m sweating, because now this flipping hospital,
had a problem with it’s, air con heating system,
so when it got really, cold outside, and the weather was,
dipping down to one degree C, the heater would,
apparently the people who control the heater, are in a different location completely,
so, the hospital was sweltering hot, I had to bring in a fan at some point,
and I’m sweating, sleeping, I’m literally dripping in sweat,
and I’m awoken, the lights on, and there’s two fucking nurses,
one Nigerian, one Filipino, it’s the fucking Nigerian bitch,
and they’re like oh, we have to give you an enema,
and this is just so, irritating, so inconsiderate,
you’re being woken up, you’re sweaty, it’s early in the morning,
it’s like five, there’s two nurses there, and they just,
and they expect you to just, lie down as they both just watch,
you be sodomized by this bottle, and squeeze this fluid into your butt,
into your fucking rectum, rectal cavity,
is this, what we’re doing in hospitals now, you know,
so, those I’m just putting them in, in these two situations,
so that I don’t forget them.
